We having been having issues with the website this weekend. It seems to be working now, so if you have been unable to post a reponse to the invitations or check out hotels or registry info, or just to browse the website... I can only apologise, and hope that it does not happen again. I am waiting on a response from the hosting company on why it happened and what they are doing to make sure it does not happen in the future. Lets see what they say.

Mike's Gravatar Issue is ' that the coldfusion MX application servers sometimes will be hung and will require a restart'

Shame they can't monitor their own servers and that their customers have to do the monitoring for them!

Mike's Gravatar Well it seems that they hang them only to the point of them being in a coma. They can't automatically detect that (which really is crap, just have a scheduled script to email your monitoring toold every 10 minutes with a thumbs up, but NOOOO that would be to ingenious for these fools). If they hung it to they point where it died (the service, not the whole server) then they could detect that and revive the server.
