Soo... it seems that the group code that I was given was not for use on the website (although I was told that it was the right one) but only for use when you call them directly. So I called... on Thursday, and they had left for the day, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. Nothing. So I called again on Friday and it seems the whole sales team were out in San Antonio for the weekend. So I called again on Monday. I was told they would call me or email me with the code, again nothing. So I just talked to someone again and have been promised that I will have the code in my email before the end of the day... so fingers crossed. For anyone who has already booked, you may want to couble check that you got the code (if you booked via the web). If it did not take, email me and I will talk to the hotel.

MIke's Gravatar Sooooo... Progress? NAHHHH... But I did get a voicemail from the sales directory. Seems that they have never had to create a code for use on their own website and it is not working for them, so they are waiting to hear back from their IT support company and hopefully should hear back tomorrow... will keep you posted with information as I get it.
